Newquay Beach was actually from our hotel window so we had to "put up" with that view for a week! Castle Coombe is a truly tranquil spot; especially after the day-trippers/tourists leave. And yes.. Kennet and Avon Canal, last one. The village is Kintbury. This shot was taken from the beer garden of the Dundas Arms, a terrific old pub right on the water's edge so you'll have to pop in for a pint when you paddle past. Cheers mate
