Thank you all for your salutes and thank you notes. I will pass it along. These individuals 68WF2’s (flight paramedics) are highly trained physically fit individuals with training well beyond the standard combat medic school. That is not to denigrate the combat medics, only to point out the difference. Far more medical training & experience along with aviation medical school, flight crew training, etc. This is one dedicated, skilled, outstanding young man. He has done tours in Afghanistan, Iraq and Syria. Years ago I was involved in his training and mentoring. I am blessed to have had the pleasure of working with him. Again, thank you all.

With 6 hash marks, how many years of service does that signify? A Navy hash mark was 4 years.
