Well, I feel better than you now since the LA Rams are back in LA but I waited an awful long time for their return. Still, Goff will not take them past the first round unless home field will help them which it did not against Philly šŸ˜–

When the NFL left St. Louis and trashed our city on the way out, I swore not to watch another game. I have to admit that having all this extra time has improved my life!

I haven't watched a game since they began this kneeling crap at the anthem singing....you are right about the time of life improving...haven't missed it....still watch colleges and high school football.......

The Arizona Cardinals were very consistent this year.

Cardinals fired their coach, Steve Wilks after one season. Don't be surprised if Mike McCarthy, who was fired by Green Bay, gets a quick interview by the Cardinals. He won a Superbowl with Aaron Rodgers a while back. Forgot the year it was.

The NFL is simply a crappy sport. if you want to support a group of thugs go ahead.
I will not support millionaire ingrates who hate American and disrespect our Armed Forces and Veterans. Who wins a football game has ZERO impact on my life. who fights for a defends our nation has Every impact n my life. I will stand with Heroes, not a bunch of rich, entitled, arrogant, ungrateful, anti-American degenerates

College football is still a team sport. Unlike the pro level of 11 individuals dressed up in same color uniform. overpaid showoffs, even when they are losingā€¦.All being orchestrated by a left-wing liberal coach, owned by left wing liberal owners whom all pay a 50 million dollar salary to an ultra super liberal commissioner

These ā€œaā€ holes protesting my flag have never been handed a folded one at a funeralā€¦they have a better life than they could have anywhere in the world and they are protestingā€¦..screw em allā€¦..

The Regular NFL Season is over. The home team Chicago Bears are in to play against Philadelphia. Seattle to play Dallas in Dallas. San Diego Chargers travel to Baltimore. The Top Division Winners in the NFC get a first round Bye. New Orleans and the LA Rams. In the AFC, the New England Patriots and Kansas City get Byes for the first week. Indianapolis Colts will visit the Houston Texans. Pittsburgh didn't get invited to the dance. They are out. The coaches for the New York Jets and Tampa Bay Buccaneers have already been fired. More are likely to be fired. Green Bay is interested in interviewing College Head Coach Fitzgerald from Northwestern University in Illinois. Interesting? My friend says the Chicago Bears will win the Superbowl in February 2019. Some ESPN Commentators agree also. But, never count out the New England Patriots? No, I am not a Patriots fan. I just respect them. They have 5 Superbowl Championships in 8 appearances. That's impressive.

This NFL Season has been disappointing to me. I am a 68 year old Pittsburgh Steelers fan, and am quite spoiled, seeing my team in the play-offs almost every year since the 70's. So I will quietly sit back and watch other Great NFL Teams all reach out to that ultimate Goal in February, the Superbowl, and will be looking forward to the 2019 NFL season to begin, hoping to see my Steelers in the Play-Offs once again, where they belong.šŸ˜Š

The Steelers are a stellar organization that has been managed well by the Rooney family for decades. While the Dallas Cowboys have for decades, been coined as America's Team, they haven't been America's most successful. The NE Patriots also fall into that category, with owner Kraft. Ownership, great coaches make a difference. The 49ers with Joe Montana and Jerry Rice were very successful. Montana has one less Superbowl Ring than Tom Brady, and is tied with Terry Bradshaw. 4 Rings.

The New Browns were a delayed version of the old. Owner Art Modell, who owned the Cleveland Browns, wanted the name to go along to Baltimore, and wanted to call them the Baltimore Browns. The City of Cleveland said you can steal the team. Never the Browns name. The Baltimore Ravens have won the Superbowl twice since they left Cleveland. And no, Cleveland would never give them credit for a Superbowl under the name Browns, just the Ravens. Only as the Ravens. The New Browns are simply the Browns.

And with that argument they are no longer one of the oldest teams.

The Washington Redskins finally drop offensive name :

Dan Snyder, owner of the NFL Redskins, has announced that the team is dropping "Washington" from the team name, and it will henceforth be simply known as, "The Redskins." It was reported that he finds the word "Washington" imparts a negative image of poor leadership, mismanagement, corruption, cheating, lying, and graft, and is not a fitting role-model for young fans of football.
Could not of said it better myself. Well done.

Amen!!! Haven't watched a game since the kneeling BS. Haven't missed anything but have started to learn how to read music. Love it. I am so much more enriched by this and not sitting around watching TV and listening to the idiot talking heads like Al Michaels.

Play calling was poor and lack of draft choices for several years was poor. Don't put it on Rodgers, he dosen't have many consistantly targets to throw to.

The Cleveland Browns are credited today, as joining the NFL in 1950. The Baltimore Ravens are credited as joining the NFL in 1997 as the Ravens, not the Browns.

As an USAF vet I don't care for the NFL since That BS in London, and the Ravens unfortunatly are doing good this year. If they don't like it hear let them live in China or Syria. I have been and seen a lot of places while in the service om my country and peple don't relize how good they have it here. I have done a lot of things I have regretted in my life but enlisting in the USAF for 4 years is not one of them. While never having been in actual combat combat I have been to Vietnam. As a Loadmaster on the C-141a from 69 to 73 I have escorted some of those guys raback on their last trip home. Nothing gets my dander up quicker than the NFL. I know there are scores of others showing disrespect for our flag and country but the NFL is in our lives a lot. I don't want to go on and on but I had to vent.
