Just think if they attached each warning to the camera as they attach at least 10 warnings on every ladder that is purchased. Then there is the permanently attached seat belt warning on the visor in your car. NO ONE READS IT, and you cannot remove it!!!!
I used to do a lot of scuba diving back in the '80's. One one of my trips, one of the fellows had a brand new Nikonas underwater camera. He ran out of film so he thought that since his camera was an "Underwater Camera" he could open it and put in a new roll of film.

You can't have that camera for Christmas. You'll poke your eye out!
When doing underwater photography: unless you're equipped with SCUBA, don't inhale!

Never would have guessed! This was in the Nikon Z7 Users guide. And I thought I knew a little about photography. Guess not. Glad I got this, now I know. Can’t wait to get to the QTip and ear section.
I just read that in one of my manuals. Must be in all Nikon manuals...
I suggest that you look up the McDonald's hot Coffee case. The truth will surprise you and change your perception of what everyone thought they knew!

Thank you and other people who posted - My first giggles of the day!
It’s not the scumbag lawyers so much as our society. Nobody is responsible for the results of their own actions - everybody’s a victim. What a bunch of spoiled children in this country! I would have included the warning too - just to, hopefully, cover my arse!
Don't forget to turn the camera ON. It helps focusing also.

What ecobin said! Probably happened and the numb-nuts sued Nikon... What a world we live in!!!
Caution: putting your face up next to the camera may smash or disfigure your nose. You also may get your wet breath on the LCD which may cause a smudge. DNA might also be left behind on the eye cup or LCD.

Did it mention about using the neck strap and that it helps to prevent camera damage from dropping your camera?
Grandpaw, that's important, and we need to remind people to avoid wrapping the neck strap completely around their necks.
