I prefer the pic without the reflection. There seems to be a lot going on in the first picture.

I agree with the others, the 2nd. The first seems more a picture of the pattern of the water that just happens to have caught the Osprey.

My preference would be Photo No. 2. The Osprey us the subject. If possible, perhaps a little more cropping (of water) to really focus on the bird.

The second one features more of the subject of the photograph. The reflection is superfluous to the action of the shot portrayed in the second version.

Definitely the second, as it removed a lot of the annoying surroundings! Now you can actually somewhat see the subject! I would have the background thrown out of focus, preferably with a gradient!
