How can I remove wrinkles?

Attached photo - cropped to NOT show children's faces - is a disaster. The client wants the wrinkles at least smoothed out if not totally erased. I've tried for almost 2 hours but can't come up with anything that looks 'right'.
I have PS, LR, Luminar and On1 2018 ... if someone here knows the magic formula to allow me to deal with these wrinkles I would be eternally grateful. Once I know what to do and in what order I'll attack the original photograph.

Maybe negative structure filter, soft focus filter, or orton filter in Luminar just brushed in on the targeted areas. If that doesn't work, I got nothing.

It seems like a real stretch to do what you want. Those are structural wrinkles.

I’m not a professional by any means but you might try a healing brush. I used it to take out wrinkles when I did a newborn shoot of my nephew. I saw it a tutorial when I was researching how to do newborn shoots.

When I had my business, we had an expression. The customer is not always right but he is always the customer. I think your customer's request is totally out of line. Good luck in handling it.
We also have some very good and practical professionals. Ask them how they would handle this.
From a technical standpoint, LR CC now has a great little feature. Go to the adjustment brush>effects>smooth skin. That or the healing tool will work on the wrinkles. However, what really looks bad are those bunched up, baggy pants. Not your responsibility to fix. The parent should have worried about that when dressing the child. Get a quote from an online retoucher, add 25%, and explain to the customer that removing those bags are not part of the service contracted for and this is how much it will cost to do it. You have already put in two hours too much on this.
Good luck and do not lose sleep over this.

I would suggest using PS and frequency separation. It works well with portraits, I'm not sure about clothing.

I hope you don't mind but I copied your image and did a little work on the wrinkles. The first one is just a healing brush then a clone brush to fill in the fold near the ankle. The second one I also added the smudge tool to smooth it out. Don't know how that will work for printing but I hope it helps.

Is this what they are looking for you to do . Used photoshop cc 2019 . Paint brush , lasso tool - then delete - enter , healing brush . Easy to do . Tommy
