Pretty nice. I think you caught the mood of the scene rather well.

Excellant capture of a peaceful scene, jwm.
Nice. I love those old stone bridges.
Some years ago there is an old stone bridge in Ipswich,Ma... built in the later 1700s ( Choate Bridge ).
We had a huge flood on the river and every modern bridge across it upstream was taken out. and had to be rebuilt.
The Choate Bridge stood to tell the tale and was the only bridge not closed at any point during the storm and the flood.
It is an arched bridge and the water reached the top of the arch and actually fired out the back like it was from a fire hose there was so much pressure. I guess that's why its still there 250 years later.
