Downtown Troy NY is mostly older buildings,

It looks like that sign has seen a lot years in the elements. The building appears to be well maintained on the outside. An interesting photo that harkens to years and times gone by. We have many with the same fate here in Western N.Y.

It a rather interesting how aged the sign is and a dragonfist mentioned the rest of the building seems well maintained.
