I know that but just read on UHH that Virginia (I think it was Virginia) now allows others to use my photo without my permission so wanted to ensure that did not happen in this case as getting hummingbirds in flight is hard work. I know, I know, there is never a guarantee. At least the watermark is below the subject so thought it would work out ok in this instance.

Sometimes you just have to be sure your pictures aren't misused. Your watermark is tastefully done with lovely script.
