Choosing a d5600 or a d7500 will only make it more likely that you'll find it hard to justify getting off the dslr road and continuing on to purchase the d500 or the d850, with ever greater outlays of cash.

Or, you can turn onto the highway to tomorrow right now and buy a Z6 or a Z7 and have features like IBIS and something you will never have on a dslr: an EVF. It's only going to be a few more days, they say.
