Yes, it's one of the filters in Photoshop Elements v 14
What I like about it is that you can control how "far" to extrude something.

Strange, that...I run PSE on my iMac, and when I checked for
an upgrade to the PSE, it was the latest version available for
my computer....
I guess v18 is for Windows based PCs, and I honestly
don't know if the filter is available in that addition, but
I would think it would be.

Well I broke down and am currently downloading PSE V14 through Adobe it's self..Will try it before I buy it..
