The problem is not the child, but the school. School system is not set up to handed a child like this. What I see is a child that is very intellectual person. Answer is the school has to tap into that intellectual of that the child has and use it to help the child to grow. Colleges and schools are still cook stamp people.

These were hilarious. I never understood why they never brought the "Art Linkletter- Kid's Say the Darndest Things" format back. I think it would be just as funny now as it was when I was 6 or 7.

I don't see it either. However what is truly shameful is all the lies Our President tells us.

Sometimes you get a kid so smart that a test such as this is a large irritating regurgitation exercise. The answers given are perfectly correct, even though they aren't what the teacher is looking for. The kid might be a smart aleck, or might be trying to combat a horribly boring school experience. I doubt the teacher is cognizant of the school system's limitations.

Being a former teacher, I can say with some degree of certainty that such assignments are given with certain parameters for the answers. Given that knowledge, even though the answers might be somewhat correct in a different setting and are humorous, they are wrong. Teachers’ incorrect markings are justified, and the students are more than likely either little smartasses or clueless.

Wrong quote. Should have been AirWalter's quote.

I was referring to the very first post where Sunnely said " (I think the last one has already been accomplished.)" I took this as a remark about President Trump. I know a lot of people don't like the man, but He is a hell of a lot better than having another crooked Clinton in office. If the remark was not about Our President I apologize for My remark. A lot of people didn't think much of Obama either, but it all needs to stop. This kind of bias and nasty remarks makes us look bad through out the world. If there is a politician that people don't like, then vote them out. And stop all the damned political remarks on a photography site.

Amen, BTW, The press IS biased , give us accurate fair reporting and the popular opinion might be a little better, we don't have to like him for him to be right at least some of the time. Right now according to the press he cannot do anything right.

I think it was on Art Linkletter many years ago,..a young boy said something like..

Every day after daddy goes to work,...Uncle Harry comes and visits mommy,...but he's really not my uncle Harry.

I bet that was an interesting household that night when daddy got home?

Anyway was a fun watch at the time,...all programs were broadcast live.

I recall watching it one day and it was before the seven second delay as is with live today for the censors. Art usually asked the kids if they had anything to say before signing off and this one said yes. So he miked him, I think it was a 3 years old said, while using the middle finger "F**k you Harvey". They investigated it and found his older brother put him up to it.

Supposedly that is the big reason for the seven second delay for censors today!

Well, the last one is clearly a fake. What subject would that be testing? The questions cover history, geography, math, sociology with a few questions that have no answer other than the "joke" answer. ("What looks like half an apple?")

That calls into question the validity of the rest. The third is rather suspicious as well. A math question that easy would go to a 2nd or 3rd grader, so the handwriting is too neat, and it's unlikely they'd be able to spell "diabetes". But most damning is that the question is phrased ungrammatically, just to set of the answer. (It should be "How many does he have now?")
