This is the first I've heard of it, I'd like to find out more.

I read up on it. Sounds like it will make setting a middle exposure very easy, but, still, it will not know what you want. I hesitate to give over my control to the camera so completely but I can say I was tempted to order it. However, I do believe that it is the equivalent of shooting in JPEG as the camera is choosing what you do so completely, but I guess that's ok, too.

Takes all the fun out of it. Like the focus stacking, though...

That has been around for quite some time, totally useless gadget! Its already build in in every camera, if you want that (just shoot in auto)!

Might not be a bad accessory if it can actually do what it says on both Android & IOS. What I didn't see was the fact that you're going to have to do the post which means being able to stack photos. Alas, I've spent enough of my camera budget in the past 6-7 weeks to get me into next year. At least it might automate some of the tasks that the camera doesn't already do on its own.

Although interesting, it's not really something I'd be interested in. Makes photography a more complicated procedure, with another gadget to deal with. And as speters mentioned, much of what it does can be achieved with the camera's settings.

If I was going to buy a device like this, I would get the Cam Ranger. It allows you to focus remotely with their phone app, the Arsenal doesn’t focus.

I have one on order (due to be shipped next week)

If you want to see what its capabilities are you should download the Arsenal app from the app store for IOS or android and use the demo mode (without an Arsenal hardware attached).
It sure seems like you can control the focus using the app.

Looks like a neat device but pretty much limited to using a tripod. I would consider it if I did more landscape work.

Once again, I don't know where you are getting your info on this (and other) products. This was a 'Kickstarter' campaign that shipped it's first units June 21st, 2018 so how has it been around for 'quite some time'? You say it's totally useless, well, perhaps for those that take an interest in how they create their images. But, there is a huge audience that are casual shooters that would love to have an artificial intelligence gadget that would improve their image quality with little to no effort on their part. I predict a major success with Arsenal! They are currently shipping over 4000 units/month btw.....😉
