You have to tell us what software you are using.

When you click the PRINT button, you should get some sort of printer dialog offering various settings for the printer, such as paper type, quality of printing and an assortment of sizes. The sizes 'should' have a custom setting to allow you to enter a different size paper than the preset sizes. Since I don't have a Canon 100, I can't tell you how to find or adjust this setting.

Here's a DUH question: what's the maximum size that the printer can print?

This post may help you, too.

One more question! I bought Red river Ultra pro satin which is closest to print since there is no satin on the pro 100. Do I use Matte, Luster platinum?

Choose custom paper size and specify 11x14. Red River will tell you the paper type to choose for their satin paper - if I remember correctly, its Luster. Also, be sure to download and install the ICC profile for RR's Ultra Pro Satin. BTW, if you're not comfortable with ICC profiles and changing print settings, you can use any Canon paper and let the printer manage the color settings for that paper.

If you downloaded "Print Studio Pro" when you installed the printer, you can set a custom size and add it.
Hope this helps.

Red River, and other quality paper suppliers, provide ICC profiles and media type recommendations for their papers. If you are t comfortable downloading and installing custom profiles select a native paper type with a similar surface. A satin surface is similar to a semi-gloss or luster surface, so choose Canon Photo Paper Pro Luster.

Hit control P for windows... perhaps for mac... Hold down Command (also known as the 'Apple key') and Shift, then press 3.
this will bring up the print driver screen. There you go to advance and change the paper size and type. I assume you have down loaded and installed the Canon Printer drivers?

It looks like RR is recommending Photo paper Plus Semi-gloss.
