Photoshop Elements with NIK and Topaz plug-ins. Have not found a need for anything else. I like NIK for noise reduction.

I use Adobe Bridge CS5 which I purchased as part of Photoshop years ago and have on my computer. No rentals, no online service. I am content to crop and adjust my photos with a few sliders. I have neither the desire nor the patience to do the countless corrections which Photoshop enables.
