Complements on a high resolution image, but so I can benefit from your knowledge, tell me the particulars, like camera, lens setting, aperture, shutter and ISO. Thanks, G. K.

Thanks for your kind comments! As far as equipment etc, here goes. It is a stack of 66 images taken with a OM-D E-M1 MK2 with the 300m F4 Pro and 1.4 extender on a tripod, ISO 200, F5.6 @800sec. Then processed using the programs PIPP (Planetary ImagePreProcessor, free download) then Registax6, and Photoshop. I was trying! to follow a Youtube video called True Colour Moon Tutorial. I hope thats helpful.

Lovely work. Is there a reason why you picked 66 images? Would a dozen or so shots given you similar results? It seems very excessive. Just saying.

Thank you for your reply. Just a suggestion, why not look at all the photos and delete the ones that aren't up to snuff and stack the remaining good ones. This way you aren't mixing poor with rich! I bet your photo would go up another level. Cheers.

Was that 800 sec per exposure or for the whole sequence or a typo?
