Thank you SonyA580 !!! Yes, manipulated to show motion blur. The car was actually stopped at a traffic light. I appreciate your thoughts and comments.

Yes but the manipulation was done very tastefully. Just enough to get the idea across. Moderation in all things is a good rule to follow.

That’s nice, Dave--I like it. You did a good job with the processing--any hints as to the programs/processes you use to get this effect?

Thanks dragonfist !!! Sometimes it's hard for me to determine how much is enough when post processing. Your suggestion of moderation is a rule I should keep in mind to follow.

Thanks John !!! If I remember correctly with this image, I think I used Topaz Lens Effects. I don't use it very often and I'm sure there are other ways to get similar results.
