My cybersync stopped syncing with my camera

Good morning everyone! I have a cannon 80D and I have an Alien Bees 800 lighting set with a cybersync transmitter. Yesterday when I attached my cybersync transmitter to the top of my camera, just like i have for the past 6 months, it wouldn't set the flashes off. The cybersync is working b/c when I run the test the flashes go off, but when it's attached to my camera nothing happens. I was wondering if maybe anyone knew of a setting that I could have changed by mistake. I did use my high speed flash last week so I am wondering if that might have something to do with it. Thanks for any help you have to offer. I have a shoot today which I could get away with using my high speed flash, but next weekend I have a huge day of shoots and I need to figure it out before then.

This is a wild guess, but did you accidentally set the CAMERA not to use flash? On my camera there is a setting in the menus, but also a button on the exterior to accomplish this.
