My Panasonic HDC-TM-90 video camera's screen died. Panasonic wants too much to replace it. Looking for a Factory Refurbished video camera in $200-250 range

You might check with B and H. They have a lot of very good refurbs of various equipment.

Advertisers are allowed to use the word "best" because it is basically meaningless. "Better," however, is a forbidden word - unless they can back that claim up with facts. Although I've bought lots of refurbished still cameras, I always buy camcorders new. Basically, you aren't going to get a dud.
