We have had some nice rain the last few days & it has greened everything up nicely (it was fairly brown). I went for a drive yesterday & took these shots in between showers. I wasn't sure about the pole in the last one. I did remove it, but liked it better with it in--JMO. Downloading is recommended.

RE: The POLE...
If you didn't leave it in, you'd have had to do some cropping to make it work.
The pole relies on the fence to accept it, the fence relies on the pole; -- and it works! --- _My Opinion_

Good shots, Earl, and I'm glad you finally got some rain. I probably would have used the spot healing tool and zapped the pole.

Very nice, Earl. Lush greens look really good against a gray sky! As for the pole, personally I would zap it. In fact I probably would have cropped it out so the tall trees were closer to the edge of the frame. If you like it as is, then that is how it should be!

Hi y'all. Rather than zap the pole, I cropped it out. If you don't like this version, then hard cheese, lol.

Earl.

Glad you got needed rain - do you have a rainy season in Australia? The moody clouds are great!

Nice moody shots Earl, pleased you got some rain. Regarding zapping the pole I agree, but I would have left a little more breathing space at the right of the tree.

And so would I which is why I would have zapped instead of cropped.

..."hard cheese?" I like it without the pole too, but with, it was OK, IMO.
