Hold it, you are having the screen saver pull images from your cameras or from folders on your HD labeled Sony Bodies?
RG ... the images from all my cameras are uploaded onto all four desktops.
Then, I direct the screensaver on each one to go to the folder where each camera set is located.
In this case - the screensaver has been directed to Sony DSLRs ....
In that folder are three subfolders - one labeled a58, one labeled a77, the other's labeled a77II ...
Thus, the screensaver should be able to pick up ALL the images from all three folders ....
It works! Select "My Picture Slideshow" as your photo. Then when you go to settings you will be able to choose to have the path to the image show in the left hand corner of the image. The image below is another screen shot.

Microsoft had the functionality to display the filepath of the pictures shown in the screensaver in Windows XP. I've just switched from using Windows 7 to Windows 10. I used the same fix for showing the filepath in Windows 10 that I used for my Windows 7 computer. Here's my notes that I followed:
1) Copy ssmypics.scr from Windows XP (or get the file online) to c:windows:system32 in Windows 7, 8, or 10. Can get this file from a computer that has the file.
2) Right click on ssmypics.scr after copying, and select install or reboot.
3) Personalize the screensaver; in Settings, check Show file names, and click OK

Relax, Bill ... I finally found it - manually. It was in the a58 folder - one of the very first images I shot with that camera, back on July 8th, 2014 - when it was brand new. Surprisingly, it's only a 4.5MB file, so, it shouldn't take that long to upload. I still think it'd be better if I could shrink it a little, though. I was pretty much skipping that folder as I'd convinced myself a pic this good could only have been taken with the 77s. I think it was before I'd realized the camera always shot reds as orange. After two excursions back to Sony in Amarillo, with them telling me each time there was nothing wrong with it, Sony offered me my choice of any camera on their web page to replace it ... when I chose the a99, they backed off that, and told me only they'd buy it back for what I paid!!!

Then why don't you take a break from asking questions and start using Google. Whatever software you are using can downsize the image, even what came with your cameras. I'm sure you can find instructions on the internet without asking folks to take the same information and type it here.

I don't have any software to do that, Bill ...

Well that would be your own fault. You can do it in IrfanView. The file download is possibly smaller that your image file. Plus the fact that just about every camera used to come with a disk with software on it. You really should spend more time researching things you could use. You would get more accomplished than asking questions about things that don't matter just for the sake of conversation.
BTW - how can you have 4 computers without a single program that can't edit an image???

That's just not my thing, Bill ... I don't edit my pics ... I just shoot ... don't believe in messing with them ...
If it isn't perfect the first time, I just ditch it, and go on to the next ... I like my pics straight ....
Thanks for the link ...
BTW ... isn't this what UHH is all about? ... Asking questions, and getting help? ... I thought it was, anyway ....

Part of editing would be resizing which is what you said you wished you could do.
When I said earlier to hit the print screen key, instead of trying it, you took the time to tell me it wouldn't work. So, I knew you didn't even try, because if you had your response would have been, "Thanks, that worked". It works on my WIN10, and XP computers.
So, although I have avoided commenting on your posts for a while, I thought after your non apology {not that I thought you owed an apology} you were actually going to be serious about wanting answers. Obviously not. There's nothing wrong with using the computer for companionship. But using "I don't know", "I can't do that", or "I never wanted to do that in the first place" seems a bit lame to me.
Be well!

Resizing - yes ... only so I could post pics here w/o it taking several days to upload on my dial-up connection. But, I honestly can't be bothered with editing. I pretty much make sure my pictures are going to be perfect, before I shoot them. As far as your Print Screen thing - I did try it ... but not with the picture I wanted ... just with another picture. I didn't tell you that, because it wasn't the right picture, because the one I wanted - had not come up in the Screensaver, at that time. But, the mystery deepened, once I realized there didn't seem to be any surefire answers, other than manual dexterity ... so, I had at it, again ... with direct focus on the folder I'd always skipped over, because I truly didn't think I'd taken it with the lesser camera. But, I proved myself wrong. It was shot with a $400 camera, not a thousand buck one!

You see a photograph come up in the screensaver, you really want. But, when
you go through all your folders, you cannot find the sucker, no matter how hard you try. Where did it go? Any idea, Guys? Any assistance enormously appreciated.
Bottom line: You claimed you had gone through all your folders. You had not. You wasted everyone's time, and demonstrated that you have no idea how to use a computer.

Since I upgraded that particular computer from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 - it occurred to me, the pictures in the screensaver were being picked up from the previous installation, and were no longer available for direct access - a scenario which has indeed taken place on the computer which had Win 8 on it, before upgrading to Win 10.
At the time I put up the post, I'd panicked, believing those pics were truly lost. So, I asked for help. I was tickled so many of you offered assistance on the problem, and very grateful to them (you) all. If anyone feels it was a waste of time - yours, mine, whatever - I am truly sorry. It wasn't meant to be. That said ... I thank everyone for their thoughtful and insightful methods.
