Have a problem with customer service? Then you have a problem with that company. The headline of your post is "FedEx Is The Worst". That seems to indicate you have a problem with FedEx. Make up your mind.

I agree, Fed EX is the worst. Anyone shipping with them is taking a chance. If they damage, destroy or lose your package, even if insured, they will pay you less than half it's value and that is after fighting with them for hours on end. And try to get something done about it; they are protected to the hilt from every direction.

I will never ship with them as long as I live!

Click on Customer Support and they give you the phone number. What else are you expecting?

Anyone shipping with any carrier is taking a chance. When you ship with a common carrier you sign a contract. They are bound to that contract as the shipper and you as the shippee. All packages are insured to a certain amount. If you want additional insurance on a shipment you must purchase it. It is all very simple.

USPS does deliver on Sunday. The USPS Special Delivery is called Priority Mail Express; nothing happened to it.

To the contrary. I get better service from USPS than from UPS or Fedex. I try never to buy from a company that won't ship USPS.
