That looks like a little island just off the North River on the Scituate / Marshfield border on Route 3A in Massachusetts. It brought back memories (I recently relocated from the South Shore of Boston to the Research Triangle in NC). Nice picture, you captured the color of the winter marsh foreground with gray background condensation coming off the brackish river.
