I would guess there's no parking on both sides of the street.

Bob, I like the 'brushstroke' treatment of the image. Quite nice. The building in the background sure has tight quarters.

Although I see a whole line of cars there, I can't remember if they were parked or waiting in traffic. There are no sidewalks, so folks walk in the streets.

Thanks rjay. When I do my pictures of Paris, I do them in a "faux impressionistic" style, using AKVIS Artwork [Dry Brush] preset, followed by PS Filter>Stylize>Oil Paint textures.
