I think you are looking for a pin-hole camera๐๐๐
Go to the camera maker sites and look over their lineup to pick a model.
Just look at a Canon T6/T5 or a Nikon D3300/D3400. Video seems to be standard nowadays so finding one without would take some big looking and might be chasing the holy grail unless you want to spring for a Nikon DF at $2000.00. Image manipulation can be found everywhere in every camera whether it be through picture styles or conversion into jpg so that isn't possible. If you shoot manual and in RAW you will have the control on the enhancements.
Hello, are you looking for a DSLR, Point and Shoot, or some other type? There are many P&S cameras that have built in lenses, some will zoom, some will not. All can be plugged into a computer to download their photos. Just go to Amazon.com and look for a "Point and Shoot digital camera" you'll find plenty at a variety of prices. Or call B&H Camera and Video in NYC and explain to them what you're look for.

Well...from your description you seem to be looking for a Leica Model M-D.
http://www.theverge.com/2016/4/28/11527274/leica-m-d-announced-no-lcd-pricing-availabilityI'm assuming you are a slight bit flexible on things so the next camera I'd recommend to you is a Fuji X-100T. It's going to be fairly reasonably priced used and it's a joy to shoot. It's not full manual but it's about as close to shooting a film camera that you can get. You can shoot it just like you are describing.
Beyond that, I'd say buy a nice film camera and save your cash for processing. :)
Film isn't dead, and it's more fun.

Nikon Df. Black, silver, or one of each.

The problem with your request is that, for the most part, the cameras that are marketed for the beginner are the ones with the most automatic (gimmicky) features. One of the simplest (most like an old fashioned) camera is the Nikon Df. But they ain't heap. The Leica Monochrom is even simpler - it doesn't even take colour pictures. But it is even less cheap by a few thousand dollars. So if you are seeking a simple camera in hopes that it will be less expensive - sorry, it doesn't work that way.

A nice response! It may not be for everyone, but it is a very valid point!
Horses for courses, perhaps?

It simply does not exist. Purchase whatever suits your fancy and use manual after disabling auto ISO.
There, from a few $$$ to 100K you have solved your 'desire'.

Are you willing to pay for it? It would be more expensive. The reason making only a few cameras for a few customers is not cheap. Today it doesn't really cost much to put a bunch of bells and whistles on a cameras and they help sell the cameras thus making the camera actually less expensive.

Well you could get a Nikon Df. It comes well recommended, but with a high price tag. Or a vintage Zenit E or Contax film camera. Even a Canon T90!
None of mine are for are for sale!
Seriously, most modern digital cameras can do basic stuff, you just have to ignore the rest of the options. Nikon, Pentax, Sony, Canon, many others will do what you ask. It's really down to you, not the camera.
