If camera companies sold their products for 25% more, they'd be in better shape, but only if people were willing to pay more - and they aren't. People don't need cameras, but they need food, clothing, gasoline, etc. I'm glad I'm retired.
True, and for a lot of people, their camera phones are "good enough".
