In the relatively newly developed Lakeshore East neighborhood in Chicago, this mixed use building has mostly condominium apartments. While I am not a fan of the trend in architecture toward shambolic architectural design and cheap visual gimmickry, this example is distinctive and kinda nice. It is also the draftsman's nightmare since each floor is different, requiring separate drawings for each.
Very interesting image. Had I the money, I would buy a condo there.

Interesting building form. Designing and drafting the concrete floor plates even with CADD would be a daunting task, but I feel more anguish for the dudes who have to build the floor formwork all the way up the building, with each floor being different in size and shape.
