...and symbolic in several ways: [Forgive my over-analysis] The star above her, the crumbling of the Soviet Communist Empire, or is it the symbol of international proletarian unity -- that failed to deliver prosperity and equality to people like her and her community. Her blouse says "Flying"... To me, I see the future generation full of hope, overcoming the many failures of several past generations and philosophies.

The Communist Party is still quite strong in parts of India.
It's the Khristiya Seva Niketan Hospital, I stayed at the hospital as a guest and did some voluntary work there last February. I plan to return this coming February. This is the hospitals Facebook page:

This struck me a little funny, Graham. I see a girl with somewhat of a devious smile in front of a headless goat. Okay .. I know that wasn't the case, but it did strike me like that at first.
