This is a weird one. Be careful where you share your photos taken in WY.

This law could be a problem but also could be hard to enforce

Some more twirley-eyed bagger nonsense. I won't(Wyoming hasn't the resorcesto enforce it) be enforced. secondly being unconstitutional by many USSupCt precedents it will be nullified in due time.

If I were a citizen of Wyoming I wouldn't admit it at this point in time. I doubt Kentucky or Oklahoma would attempt this.

I guess the legislature needs to keep itself busy. Lets make up a law that can't be monitored or enforced!

There might be some automated way to see if images were submitted to gov't agencies. It seems like a ridiculous law, though.

I guess they will arrest me and throw away the key as I have sold dozens of images to the NPS, as recent as last week. I can't wait for the first prosecution under this farce law. Any respectable judge would recuse himself from even hearing it!

I pity the poor, innocent photographer who gets caught by this law. Actually, the law prohibits sharing data, so it wouldn't have to be a photograph. You'd think WY would rather solve the problem, rather than keep it secret.

State legislators sometimes exhibit an IQ equal to the IQ of the average divided by the number of legislators. Why the Gov would sign it is the question. Clearly meant as a statement against granolas...not as a law to be enforced. We have a recent one in Idaho against filming animal cruelty...given the moniker of "ag gag". It is equally unconstitutional. But someone needs to be charged under it to challenge it. That's unlikely.

Their fear is the if the responsible agencies get factual evidence of contamination, WY will have to do something about it. So, they have come up with the perfect solution. "What contamination?"

With this story and a few others in just the past week, one being the new anti second amendment law put in affect in Oregon concerning unintelligent and non Constitutional agendas. I have come to some conclusions that a lot of people will disagree with but here goes.

The last of the great frontiers in the lower 48 has now gone to the progressive side of corruption and anti-constitutional theories. What a shame the US is falling so fast from our great American past. The demoncratic left and useless GOP progressives have destroyed any remnants of Christianity, morals, free men heredity and common sense left in this country. The Messiah Obama has changed the total mentality and functionality of the US. He is right when he said his hope and change is coming to the US. Hope and change for corrupted politicians, big business, Muslim control by his friends and total federal ownership of all things American. He has decimated our military while making his federal agencies police/swat teams the largest, most powerful in American history. These political factors have destroyed our constitution and any rights we had left. The second amendment is the only one left and it will be destroyed in the very near future for the final blow to the republic so many thought they knew. Just some thoughts from someone old enough to remember the past glory of the greatest country on earth.
