What's a Hollywood type?

What is the breakdown for "Hollywood" as far as stated political persuasion is concerned and how do these percentages compare with those in the nation as a whole?

Ronnie Reagan was a republican, as I recall. "I didn't leave the Democratic party, the Democratic party left me."

Ronald Reagan was certainly a phony. Spoke bumper sticker like a great communicator.

"Awesome" list of actors who are republicans or say they vote that way: http://www.imdb.com/list/ls050017849/

I suspect that we are going see a lot of these 'staged' events from HRC's camp.

So you consider Ronald Reagan a phony? Then who would be on your list of not phony?

Yep, this will indeed be the Hildebeasts standard procedure for the next year and a half, as she just can't stand up to real people and their questions. She doesn't want one word about Benghazi or emailgate to surface during her campaign.

Her ethics issue and lying will be covered up at all costs by not only her campaign staffers, but the lame stream media as well. This is just the start.

I know, you are right. I keep forgetting that it is our expectations in life that cause the most trouble. :-D

 By the time this campaign is over you will be ready to vomit (if you have not already) with all of the clinton phoniness. It will be interesting to see how they package and prepare her for a debate. If she gets the dem nomination unopposed that will hurt her. She will not be debate "hardened" so to speak. Don't be surprised if she is the first presidential candidate in modern history to not have to debate. I know that is hard to imagine but if that is the course she takes the media will enable her and allow her to get away with it. I can hear them now "Debates? Why have debates? That is so yesterday. She does not need to have debates, we all know she is the most qualified person to ever run for president, ever". I would expect it to go something like that.

That will be just one of her problems. She is not likable, she is unattractive physically as a person. She does not have the temperament to participate in a campaign, much less hold the highest office. If they ever make the mistake of letting her off the leash and getting away from these staged events and she is confronted with any hard questions, that may be her undoing. Look for new low standards and a new normal.

Very perceptive and well stated! These buffoons in the democrat party, and the lame stream media powered by MessNBC, Salon , politicus and their ilk will indeed run cover for this unqualified woman. These idiots have the temerity to criticize Carly Fiorina who has run a multi billion dollar corporation, while promoting the Hildebeast who in truth has never done much in her life, except marry up!

Reagan was far more honest than any MF DEMOCRAP ever was. Look at that POS on the oral office and now you DEMOCRAPS put up a lying traitor like Hillary. Talk about a phony, her dog and pony show going on in Iowa right now shows how corrupt she is. She claims to want to get money out of campaigning but needs to have $2.5 BILLION from big money and disdains such people but has to convince low life left-wing lying liberals to support her corrupt fat ass. These big money people were caught in the lobby of the hotel while Hillbilly was inside talking to the press about removing those people. What a HYPOCRITE.

What was your point with this list of Hollywood actors who are Republicans? It sounds like you were insinuating that Hollywood is not as leftist as people think because of all these Republicans on this list. However, the list only has 63 people in all, and nine of them are not actors, but sports figures. Another 18 are actors who have been dead for more than two decades. Since they could only find 36 living actors who can be identified as Republicans, doesn't this reinforce Idaho's original premise that Hollywood is mostly leftist? How long do you think the list would be for actors who are Democrats?

Interesting point. She may not have a challenger. I cannot seriously think of any Democrat who might throw their hat into the ring. Eliazbeth Warren has already said unequivocally that she will not run (thank goodness). Your good friend "Twardlow" suggested that Joe Biden could run (he was actually serious!). I think Al Sharpten and Dennis Kookcinich would be stronger candidates than Biden. I'm not sure many people even know who Biden is. If no Democratic debates were held, would there even be a primary election?

I believe if she is unopposed there does not have to be a dem primary election. She would just be drafted at the democrat convention just before the general election. I can hear the dems now. "We did not have a primary and cost the states all of this money. See how much we saved the taxpayers?" Something like that.

I am thinking that going forward we should refer to hillary as "Tubby". Boy, she sure can ruin the looks of a Dior pants suit.

The source does not matter. The story is factual and well documented by several news outlets on this side of the pond. In fact two of the people she spoke with were former obama campaign staffers that were carted in. Facts bother you, don't they?
