Good Traveling Tripod that won't break the bank

Greetings! I have been a long time lurker! And now 1st time poster!
I will have a wonderful opportunity in a few months to visit China. I have an Olympus E-620 and 2 or 3 lenses I will travel with. I want a tripod that will not cost more than $200.00 and will be sturdy and fit in a rolling backpack.
Do you have any suggestions? Any and all help will be greatly appreciated (except any trashing of my Olympus camera)! :XD: :XD:
Also, I will be mainly around Shanghi and Beijing. Any suggestions on photo ops that should be included?
Thanks!
Janet

This is what I have:

http://www.mefoto.com/products/roadtrip.aspx

It's not super light, but will support anything and one leg detaches to form a monopod.

I ordered the carbon-fibre version of this yesterday. The fact it converts to a monopod is what clinched the deal for me

I have the mefoto road trip and am encountering stability issues. When all the legs are extended, the last (smallest) leg sections are very thin and thats where I get most of my movement

Thanks for the warning.... Sounds like it might be too light weight.
