Cropped as close as possible. Well done. Why two different thumbnail sizes?

I don't know. After downloading the images, I looked through them (no editing). I then opened UHH, and went to select the images by file #. There were now two jpegs of the same file#. Never had this happen before. I know if you preview, it will de-select them, so I just picked the first of each-- and that's what I got. Any ideas?
