These aren't exactly spring flowers since they seem to thrive in my kitchen regardless of the weather. I thought I post them for those of you who are still hoping for that white stuff to melt and a chance to put your parkas away.

I use these on the covers of greeting cards, so they're edited for that purpose.

The petals and dew were images that caught my eye yesterday. I thought they were interesting.

Beautiful orchids! Just the thing to contrast with all that white stuff, of which MORE is due again tomorrow!!!

But these are really gorgeous! Nice shots of them, too!

Very beautiful shots, only wish we had another color besides white (snow, lots and lots of it) here in Illinois.

There's something truly wonderful about sunny days and flowers. I never tire of these and am thankful my orchids are happy enough to rebloom.

I'm glad these brightened your day.

Thank you. Apparently they thrive on "healthy neglect."

Thank you Randy. Hopefully we'll also get some precipitation of some sort again soon. We've had such a dry winter, the chance of a drought is becoming too much of a reality. I think we all are guilty of taking our water supplies for granted.

As a child, I lived in NY at a time when it was not unusual to have 6 months of snow. I thought I'd miss it. I was wrong.

Thanks for the kind words.

My funny little greeting card business is what led me to this forum and the purchase of better equipment as well as learning about the seemingly endless array of technological advances. At times I feel like my head will explode or my computer will end up flying out the window. There's no relief in sight, but I still enjoy making the cards - men like the boats, cars, and machines; women like the flowers and birds.

So there you have it. Thank you for the kind remarks. I'm glad you saw the possibilities with these. They've now been printed and are ready for card stock mounts.

Very nice shots! My wife has a roon full of orchids. The plant look healthy, but getting them to bloom is an arduous task. Any advice?? Your blooms are beautiful! Thx Clipper.
