Waterfalls in Yosemite
nice angle an lot of wild fury goin on
Yikes...good sense of depth. I like the look...just wondering what that might look like with a long exposure. (silky water)..nice shot though.
nice shot. I ,like you try to find a different angle from the norm. Sure would not like falling into that :) Mite mess a nice camera up just a tad :D
Maybe it's just me .... and I do see the water... but it sure doesn't look like a waterfall ... maybe the water is too sharp ? I really like the different angle though.

it is a different angle this is true but it does not work because we expect to see a waterfall falling down from something other than a bird's eye view......this would not be an image I'd want on the kitchen wall.....but the bathroom maybe....scare the crap out of me and guests.
I love this photo! But...it gives me vertigo.
It needs something so we know where we are as we're looking at this. Maybe a tree to illustrate "up and down", maybe a big rock with sunlight on the top, maybe a Chevy Volt on fire.
Just something we can mentally "grab onto" and have a better idea of where we are, and what we're seeing.
It must have been way-cool to be there, taking that picture!

That's awesome! How'd you get up there?

Had a little "pucker power" looking down.
This is a great example of thinking outside the box. A key to great photography is getting an angle no one else has tried. My only suggestion is a longer shutter speed, at least half a second, to soften the water.
Once your eyes and brain get together and tell you what you're looking at here, it makes you feel like you're falling. Oooops, wait, gotta get back up off the floor and look at this one some more cause it's a good shot.
Great perspective! I do get the vertigo effect as well. I can't tell which way is up, but I think that may just be the perspective.

If this is the top of Upper Yosemite falls I did that hike this spring with my daughter and niece. You got a fantastic shot. Better than anything I took up there. Where were you standing? At the very top or down on the viewing ledge.
