Thanks for taking the time to check these out. The colour is from PP in Lightroom but the highlights are from the sun which I used as my light source. Cheers

Many thanks! I've finally managed to get back to this forum... I have a Canon 600D and 50mm,1.4 prime lens so shall have a go when I get an external flash. Can't wait to try :) Thank you so much for sharing your settings etc. Have a safe and happy Christmas! gnd

You are very welcome, my pleasure. I say don't wait to try it, set up a table lamp as your source of light. The best type are the ones that have a bendable goose neck so you can direct the light. I use one of these sometimes for my indoor macro shots. Looking forward to seeing your work. Best of the Season to you. Cheers
