Neither. Each has its own purpose.

Creating JPG files as needed from raw files is easy. Many of us get better results that way. Others are dyed in the wool JPG shooters. God bless 'em.

The topic is a "dead horse" here that has been beaten many times.

That's a very interesting question. I'd be curious to see what Abe's of Maine has to say about it. I've never really thought about it and I find it strange that it's never been brought up in this forum before. To me, I'd have to say JPEG is better...no RAW...no JPEG...no, I'd have to say RAW...no, wait a minute, definitely JPEG...no RAW...I'm not sure...yes I am, for sure it's JPEG, if not RAW...my final answer is JPEG, no, darn it, it's RAW and I'm sure of it. Well almost sure. I think it's RAW(maybe), but maybe it's JPEG. I hate it when this happens, so without a doubt, in my humble opinion, it's

Your post is funny because, in this group, there can't possibly be anything more to say, right or wrong. Both are better. Do you know the difference? Have you read about the benefits of JPEG? Have you read about the benefits of RAW?

Maybe he was just playing the comedian in the first place ?

But if hes playing the comedian, then he needs to fire his current crew of sorryass losers and hire some writers :-(
