Neither. Each has its own purpose.
Creating JPG files as needed from raw files is easy. Many of us get better results that way. Others are dyed in the wool JPG shooters. God bless 'em.

That's a very interesting question. I'd be curious to see what Abe's of Maine has to say about it. I've never really thought about it and I find it strange that it's never been brought up in this forum before. To me, I'd have to say JPEG is better...no RAW...no JPEG...no, I'd have to say RAW...no, wait a minute, definitely JPEG...no RAW...I'm not sure...yes I am, for sure it's JPEG, if not RAW...my final answer is JPEG, no, darn it, it's RAW and I'm sure of it.
