Someone bought one of Elvis's old jets for $234,000. On YouTube, he showed us inside, got a battery or generator, and turned things on. I don't know why he was so surprised that things - lights, radio, TV - worked. It's electricity! There are no engines on the plane, so I don't know what he plans to do with it, but if I had an extra $234,000, I'd find a different use for it. If you're interested in planes, and who isn't, this should be of interest to you.
Some people would pay a lot of money for saying that they rode in Elvis' plane. 🤑 The owner could probably get a loan to replace the motors, and check the wiring for rodent damage.

I would not have been surprised had the electrical system not worked for one reason, MICE!!
I haven't watched more of his videos, but this was supposedly sealed tight - in the desert. Maybe he came across mouse droppings. What would the mice be eating?

I've watched stories of the Elvis private jet before on "Mysteries of the Abandoned". The airframe is in very rough shape and the interior shows signs of any vehicle closed up and left in the desert sun for decades. Celebrities are generational and the Elvis generation will pass and "fond memories" and admiration will fade over time as they have for those of the early days of entrainment. Snoop Dog's private plane will be a more desired destination for a B&B than the red velvet Elvis plane as time goes on.
A friend of mine left a car in Florida for the Summer until he returned for the Winter All of his engine wiring had been eaten by mice
Stupid mice. Car makers are using soy-based wiring, so it is actually edible. There is a move to change it because wiring harnesses are very expensive.
