Hasselblad X2D experience

Hello,
I am new to this format, so hello. I recently bought the new Hasselblad X2D camera and a 30mm lense. I also bought an adapter so I can use old lenses my film camera 500C. I am looking for any comments or advice from anyone who also has one of these Hasselblads and if anyone has tried to use the older "V" lenses.

Are you happy with it and have any comments or suggestions?

Thanks!

I do as I just bought a new mini mac Pro. Needed as the files are over 200MB each.

I have the X2D with a 45p lens. The combo works great. Crystal clear tack sharp images with superb color. Im waiting for new 55mm lens

I have the x1d 4116 and only use my V mount lens via adapter from Hasselblad. It works great, a bit large and you have to use the electronic shutter, but other than that, I love shooting with it.

Thanks. So far it does seem to work ok, although awkward for focusing. On my camera, I can double click on the screen to zoom in which helps for focusing.

I did also get the Hasselblad tripod mount as most of the time I use it on a tripod. Focusing is hard at times but since I am not in that much of a hurry, not a problem. I have been thinking of getting the XCD 45p for a walk around lens but have not pulled the trigger yet.

I love my older Hasselblad film cameras and use them often. This digital camera I am loving just as much, just need more time to learn how to use it the best.

I used an old Hasselblad telephoto with adapter over the weekend. Focusing seems a little tricky. But then the lense shutter stuck mostly closed. I'm now trying to figure out how to release it. It was an old lense though. Any ideas?

Mike, are you talking about a V mount lens? If so, I remember this happening to me and as I remember, there is a small spot on the mount end of the lens where you put a small screwdriver in and cock the shutter open. I need to re look at this and maybe do a google search to be sure. Let me know what happens and if I find more info, will let you know.
