2023-03-12 Weekend Highlights

Two basketball games and a short softball game. Entirely different conditions to keep me on my toes! The softball game was outside, bright light, One basketball game was in the evening, so quite dark, but even lighting. The other basketball game was in the afternoon with bright lights coming in from high windows that often resulted in blown out areas on the floor, player and ceiling! A reminder of why I do this for "fun" and not as a job.

These shots are terrific my friend. I especially like the close-up ones. Lighting under the circumstances is very good and very difficult to achieve. Believe me I know, you could pull your hair out, and feel like just going home.
Good job..

I understand the challenges of low light. That leaves my hair intact! It is the mixture of bright natural light with the low fluorescent and trying to track fast moving subjects as they move from one area to another that has modified my hairline! LOL!
