Advice is always free. But is it always beneficial.

Advice is not necessarily free and no advice or exogenous thoughts get a free pass as the truth or to become beneficial. I think that food for thought is "pablum" at an early age?--------------
Free advice is worth every penny you pay for it.

Possibly.
Here the advice is free...
Point being is that just because someone says "do it", it doesn't necessarily
have to be done.
Or is gospel.
Perception and opinion(s).
To get people thinking,
for themselves.
Reading only the tittle I must disagree because some advices cost money to get like advices from a lawyer or financial advisor. But even with those paid advices they are not always beneficial. You need to figure out how to distinguish good advices from bad advices.
Now I watched the video and I can say his advices are free but not really beneficial. You do what you think is good don't listen to him or anyone else.
Ive told my kids that ultimately there’s only one person you have to please, yourself. You spend your life trying to make others happy and you never get the chance to be happy yourself. That doesn’t mean that you can’t derive pleasure or self satisfaction from helping others, you first need to be happy with yourself.
