Hello everyone.
I am a nature nut and wannabe photographer.
I live in northern Alberta, Canada. We are in the Great Boreal Forest.
My primary interest is wildlife photography with birds being my favorite subjects.
All of my subjects are photographed in the wild. They are mostly free ranging not habituated creatures.
Most are photos taken within 100 miles of my home.
I shoot with a Canon T7i equipped with a Canon EF 100-400 IS 11 telephoto lens.
I look forward to sharing some of my photos and seeing what you folks think of them. Hopefully I'll learn a few things along the way.
One last thing, I am a birding pal and always welcome some company on my photography outings.

welcome . It's a bit cold in your neck of the woods to spend a lot of time outside chasing birds. The closest I got to Peace Rive was coming down the Al-Can many years ago.

Pickup trucks make decent photography blinds in cold weather. Just sayin, , ,
