Great shot of a beautiful rose. If I had to hazard a guess, I would say "Peace" perhaps, the most famous hybrid tea of all time.

Thanks. I did a bit of research and learned Peace was developed in France prior to WWII and when the breeder Francis Melliand learned that the Germans were on the verge of over taking his country, he sent cuttings to friends in several countries. It is said that the cuttings that went to the United States left on the last plane for America. Not only is Peace a gorgeous flower, it is also tough as nails. I read that there had been over a hundred million grafts sold by 1992. I can only imagine what that number would be now. I have the rose previously at other places I have lived and your image has got me convinced to get another one come next spring. It was voted the World's Favorite Rose" Thanks again.
