This was posted on the local neighborhood web site. A beautiful story.

Just over a week ago, I was able to rescue my baby, Thor. He was destined to be euthanized, and even though this is only the beginning of our relationship, he is already such a joy to my life. Every day when we go for our walks, he opens the door for people to say hello and he’s made so many friends. He lights up every space that he’s in, and makes me feel so loved and safe. I wouldn’t get out in this terrible cold half as much without him 😂 I’m grateful for him keeping me on my feet, and being the best company, anyone could ask for

Thank you for rescuing Thor! He sounds like a great friend and is quite handsome ;)

All our animals have been rescues (10 or so over the last 30 years) and every one has been an awesome addition to our family. Enjoy your time with him!
