Picture Instruments Toolbox

I hope this is the correct section for this question. I received an email today offering a Photoshop plugin called "Picture Instruments Toolbox". On Adobe's Exchange, they note that they're not guaranteeing anything, not even the safety of downloading this software. So I'm hoping somebody with experience can confirm that it is safe - or not safe.

I have done some quick reading...

What raises a flag is that Adobe does not endorse the plugin.

The rest, capabilities and the like is not great. I watched videos
► Skin repair: Frankly, I am not impressed at all.
► Markup: The use of a shit key, opacity, size, fuzziness and color selection on a brush setting work just as well, if not better as these settings are more complete, than the plugin.
► Logo banner... You need to learn quite a bit before even trying to use it efficiently.
► Luminosity masks: Other plugins are way more powerful than the one offered. Also, creating/modifying a luminosity mask is easy.
► Fine art master: I do not see the point of it. Limited capabilities and use.
► Ilford B&W: Put it simply, a waste of time.

Note: I must confess that I am not a fan of plugins, extensions and the like...

Thanks, Ron. You seem to confirm my hesitancy and more.
