Topaz Denoise AI, Sharpen AI, Gigipixel AI and the new Photo AI are Excellent when tested on a 3mp old image the work wonders. Topaz Photo AI will work as a stand alone. Example: 3 mp image treated with Topaz AI.

Most Topaz plugin need to be attached to either Topaz Studio or a fundamental Post Processing Edit program. Consider tho that an old edit program of many types will take plugins. Unfortunately not Luminar.

My old standby, Paintshop Pro 2023 is now on upgrade sale for $35 and the Ultimate upgrade for $48 and full for $60. I did not upgrade from my 2022 Ultimate, not enough change.

I downloaded a trial copy of Photoshop Elements thinking of up dating from my 2018, but was really not impressed! Am I wrong?
