From the best selling jazz album of all times, "Kind of Blue". I have it on vinyl, disc and mp3. My fortune to have all three.

Enjoy,
Mark

I heard the studio version of this on our local jazz station the other day. It is much cleaner. But the film to video transfer is historically significant!

For the album, Davis led a sextet featuring saxophonists John Coltrane and Julian "Cannonball" Adderley, pianist Bill Evans, bassist Paul Chambers, and drummer Jimmy Cobb, with new band pianist Wynton Kelly appearing on one track – "Freddie Freeloader" – in place of Evans.

That was soooo late 1950s cool.

Any version is sheer joy. I have both with Wynton and Bill.
Thanks,

I will never claim to understand the intricacy of jazz but I know what I like and I like this

With all that's been recorded in jazz that album and set of players still stands the test of time.

That is my understanding! I play it in my car, in my home and on my PC.
Thanks,
Mark
