Do any of you use OneDrive. I'm uploading some videos for people to watch, and I filled DropBox, and I'm working on Google Drive. I started with OneDrive, and it's ridiculous.

I created a folder for these videos, but it keeps putting them into my vault. At almost every move, I have to "Verify." I enter my email address and wait for a code. I've had to do that three times so far. With the other two service, I simply created a folder and uploaded files to them.

We have one drive where I work. I haven't used it.

I created a folder in OneDrive, uploaded photos and share the link. Done.

That's what I did with Google and DropBox. OneDrive was a nuisance. Maybe I'll try it later.

What's the deal with the Vault? I wasn't able to delete it.

I have no problem uploading files to OneDrive. I create the folder first.

The Vault is extra secure. When you want to access the contents, OneDrive sends you an access code that has to be presented before access is granted.
Not sure if The Vault can be deleted. Never tried.

Did you use your official "Microsoft Account" to setup and login to OneDrive?

I've never used the vault. If I click on New and create a folder, it doesn't go in there. Maybe Google can provide the answer.

Jerry - you might find "WeTransfer" easier to use.

I didn't have a choice. It kept putting thing there instead of the folder I made.

I use OneDrive for everything. ALL my folders are on OneDrive, everything, documents, pictures, downloads all of it. I basically only have my programmes on the computer. Been doing it that way for years and never a problem, it also means I can get at anything anywhere.

Click on the little cloud in the task bar. The click on the settings icon on the top right of what comes up. Is there a way to disable the personal vault. I don't have that setting option because I never enabled it. If you do disable it, everything in it will go away. Just so you know.

You can create folders not in the vault.
