There is a printed bird guide book for that area. Ironically, the author's name was James Bond.

Is there still a bird section this should go to?

Certainly a common bird in Costa Rica. Confusing name though; used to be classified as either Cherrie's Tanager or Passerini's Tanager. Supposedly only the females could be differentiated into the two species. Now, all of these birds are classified as Scarlet-rumped Tanagers. Costa Rica a likely location for your shot but bird found from Mexico to Panama. Visits feeders regularly so often seen around lodges and hotels.
PS nice shot with the rain drops. These birds are hard to expose well-super reflective red against black body.

That is for birds, and as explained birds are not for the main gallery now.

Don't know, but you really did a great job 🖤🟠🖤🟠🖤
Ian Fleming was well aware of the bird books by James Bond, it's where he got the character's name from.
FWIW, in "Die Another Day", Bond uses a copy of a Bond book when he's introducing himself as an ornithologist.
