I've looked everywhere and can't find out how to eliminate the day/date stamp. Cannot do this from the day/date menu. Thanks.

It wasn't there when I started researching. You were quicker.

I use search bar in taskbar of Windows 10 - it opens up Edge with the result of the inquiry. Easy/peasy!!!

Win 7 was/is a terrific OS. I signed up for Win 10 within 2 weeks of its initial offering. Never looked back. However my car is a 99' Honda CRV with 160,000 miles. I bought it with 80,000 miles in 2002. So far, it has cost $0 in repairs. My wife has a 2018 Honda Accord and it's our main means of transport. The CRV gets very sporadic use.

I admire your staying with Win 7!!

Thank you very much. I have two Sony cameras and what I dislike most about them is the byzantine menu selections. You would think by now they would have simplified them...

Why? They know how the cameras work.

The price of versatility is usually complexity.
